• All prices are F.O.B. Ventura, CA, and include packing. Terms Net 30 days to rated accounts.
• Orders below minimum subject to Special Charge below, or, contact local dealer who may have lower minimum order.
• In the case of back-ordered items, we will provide price protection wherever possible. However, we reserve the right to change prices to reflect cost changes from our suppliers.

• Orders totaling less than the amount shown below will require Special Handling Charge below:
• Minimum Order: $50.00 by purchase order (or see below).
• Minimum Order: $25.00 by American Express, VISA, MasterCard or Discover

• Minimum Order: $100.00 by purchase order (open account)
• Minimum Order: $50.00 by American Express, Visa or MasterCard or COD.
• First order COD until or Credit Card until we check credit references.

• Special Handling charge of $10.00 for:
• Orders less than $50.00 net (if bought via purchase order).
• Special Post Office trips, because we ship UPS (US shipments only).
• Prepaid Air Freight shipments, because we normally ship Air Freight collect.
• For every drop shipment direct to customer (Applies to dealers only).

• Please note that the buyer is responsible for any import duties, VAT or customs fees assessed by the destination country. Such fees are not know at time of shipment and are not included in our price or invoice.
• On Export shipment of less than US $200.00 we will add a $15.00 export documentation fee. (Canada excluded)
• No export documentation fee on orders prepaid, or paid by American Express, VISA or MasterCard.
• Unless otherwise requested, we will ship by Air Freight, insured; freight charges collect.
