As if you didn't know, a pedometer measures your daily activity by counting the steps you take. They say Thomas Jefferson, yes, the third president of the United States, invented the pedometer. The theory is, that if you walk 10,000 steps per day, you will stay trim and healthy. We did not verify the claim supposedly made by the American Heart Association, but it makes sense.
But don't you want to know how you fit in? Now you can. Just knowing that your steps are being counted might encourage you to walk more. Check out family and friends too, who is most active? Millions have been sold. It's easy, just click the RESET button and clip it on your belt.
